Les Tuck

Les has been at the helm of Bowest Motors for eight years. Les handles all the management, logistics, planning, and vision. He specializes in finding the solution when no one else can! Les loves to strike up a conversation, whether it’s related to your vehicle or otherwise. His favourite part about the Bowness community is the natural community, the support from the community, and the classic car community. Les’ favourite car model is the 1969 Datsun 521 pickup.

Jay Cousins

Jay has been working at Bowest Motors for five years. Jay is talented in detailed diagnostics, creative problem-solving, following process, and keeping everyone else in the shop on track by being realistic about what’s achievable. His favourite thing about the Bowness community is how laidback it is, as well as how strong the sense of community is. Jay’s favourite car model is the El Camino.

Nicholas Douglas

Nicholas has been at Bowest Motors for two years. Nicholas specializes in a little bit of everything! He grew up in Bowness and his favourite part of the community is its heritage. His favourite car model is the 1968 Dodge Charger.

Mackenzie Mock

Mackenzie has been working at Bowest Motors for a year and a half. Mackenzie excels at keeping the shop organized and the technicians all have everything they need. She’s also exceptional at customer service. Her favourite thing about the Bowness community is Bowest’s wonderful customers and the family they’ve created. Bowness has always been home to her – her grandfather started the Bowness parade, her parents owned Bona Roma, and now she’s working at Bowest Motors. Mackenzie’s favourite car is the 1971 Ford Bronco.

Dave Wilks

Dave is the second longest-standing employee at Bowest Motors, matching Les’ eight years. Dave is a Red Seal Auto Mechanic and structural steel welder. His favourite thing about the Bowness community is the small town feel, along with all the friendly folks in the area. When asked what his favourite car model was, Dave simply said, “….there’s too many to choose just one.”
