Les Tuck, aka “The BFD” – Les has a strong sense of community, a love of the creative, and a penchant for honesty and integrity. He has always had a passion for motors, learning to drive in his Dad’s 1971 Chevy C10. This was followed by many other vehicles of which his favourites have included a 1981 Toyota 4×4 Pickup, a 1969 Datsun 510, and a 1990 Nissan S13. In 1999, while in Arizona, on a parts run that his 1968 Volvo 122 often called for, Les found himself at a salvage yard confronted with a non running 1974 Datsun s30 and a calling to own it. Thus began the Rusty Speedwerks story. Les and his family live in Bowness.
